Eolas Wellbeing works with employers throughout Ireland in delivering a range of Financial Wellbeing Initiatives to their employees. Following discussions with you, the employer, we design and deliver tailored Initiatives in a format best suited to your workplace. Our Financial Wellbeing Initiatives can be organised on a standalone basis, or integrated as part of an overall employer led benefits initiative, such as a Wellbeing or Benefits Week.
Our experience has shown that, if properly tailored, these Initiatives can have a tremendous impact on your employees’ finances and consequently on the relationship between the employer and employee.
|First, we listen to you, the employer, to determine what your motivations are for providing a Financial Wellbeing Initiative to your staff. We then work with you to determine how best this initiative is to be incorporated into your overall wellbeing initiatives.|
|Next, we learn from you about what existing employment benefits are offered to your employees so that we can highlight these during our seminars. In addition, we ensure that our wellbeing programs are tailored specifically to you and your employee’s requirements based on the feedback we receive from you and on your experiences of running previous initiatives for your employees.|
|Then, we deliver our Initiatives in a format that best suits your workplace, be that small workshops or larger group presentations or 1:1 Clinics. This allows us to provide your staff with the widest possible access to the wellbeing initiative, with the minimum amount of disruption to the workplace.|
